What to Expect

Your first visit at Genesis Chiropractic is designed to help us fully understand your health concerns, identify the root cause of your discomfort, and develop a personalized plan to help you feel and move your best. Our goal is not only to relieve pain but also to restore healthy movement, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness so you can live an active life without unnecessary limitations.

What to Expect ?

Step 1: Consultation, Health History & Your Individualized Goals

Your visit begins with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Tiffani Fries, DC. During this time, we review your current symptoms, health history, lifestyle habits, and activity level. Just as importantly, we discuss your individualized health and movement goals.

For some patients, this means getting out of pain. For others, it may mean returning to exercise, hiking or biking again, playing with grandchildren, or simply moving comfortably through everyday life. Understanding both your concerns and your goals allows us to create care that is truly personalized to you.

Step 2: Comprehensive Chiropractic Examination

After the consultation, we perform a detailed chiropractic examination designed to evaluate how your body is functioning. This includes:

  • Orthopedic testing to assess joints, muscles, and movement patterns
  • Neurological testing to evaluate nerve function
  • Range of motion assessments
  • A thorough posture evaluation to identify structural imbalances

This comprehensive evaluation helps us determine the underlying causes of pain, stiffness, or reduced mobility.

Step 3: Digital X-Rays (When Clinically Necessary)

If needed, we utilize state-of-the-art digital X-ray technology to evaluate spinal alignment and structural changes that may not be visible during a physical exam. X-rays are only performed when clinically necessary and help ensure that your treatment plan is safe, precise, and effective.

Step 4: Posture and Structural Evaluation

Posture plays an important role in spinal health and overall body mechanics. During your evaluation we assess posture and alignment to identify patterns that may be contributing to tension, discomfort, or restricted movement.

Step 5: Your Report of Findings

After gathering all of the information from your consultation and examination, Dr. Fries prepares a detailed Report of Findings. During this visit we review your results together, explain what may be contributing to your symptoms, and outline the best path forward.

Step 6: Your Curated Treatment Plan

Every treatment plan at Genesis Chiropractic is individualized and carefully curated for each patient. Your care plan is designed around your condition, lifestyle, and personal goals so you can:

  • Feel better
  • Stay better
  • Move well
  • Live well

Our care focuses on restoring proper movement, improving posture, strengthening the body, and supporting long-term mobility and wellness.

Our Goal for Your Care

We want our patients to feel confident hiking, biking, walking, exercising, playing with grandchildren, enjoying time with family and friends, and living their lives without unnecessary pain or restrictions.
