Dr. Tiffani Fries, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Tiffani Fries was born and spent the early part of her life growing up in Salt Lake City. At a young age, her family moved out of Salt Lake City and lived in multiple cities across the United States, mainly growing up in the Midwest. She graduated with honors from Lakeville High School in Lakeville, Minnesota where she was active in both leadership activities, was a varsity cheerleader and ran track. She continued her education in La Crosse, Wisconsin where she continued cheerleading, enjoying the outdoors and being a part of the UW La Crosse community. It was in La Crosse that Dr. Fries was introduced to chiropractic by a friend who encouraged her to look into chiropractic for her own neck and hand pain. She ended up in the small clinic of Dr. Fred Barge who was a passionate leader, speaker and educator in the chiropractic community around the world. His passion for chiropractic, along with getting better herself led her to decide that she wanted to help other people in the same way. Dr. Fries graduated Cum Laude from UW La Crosse and moved to Davenport Iowa to start her chiropractic journey. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001 with honors and additional education in woman’s and children’s health.

After years of moving around while growing up, Dr. Tiffani Fries and her husband Matt moved back home to Salt Lake City in 2001 to settle their roots as a family. Dr. Fries opened Genesis Chiropractic in 2002. The name of the office signifies “the beginning” of the journey to better health. She wanted to have an office that listens to people about their health concerns, and an office where patients could get individual, personalized care. It is over her 17 years of practice that Dr. Fries has seen how stress, diet, lifestyle and injury can affect the human body and turn into chronic pain and illness. She focuses daily on helping patients get to the root of their problem and live healthier lives.

In her spare time, Dr. Tiffani Fries enjoys traveling with her husband Matt, hiking, dinner with friends, a good book, and watching her daughters play collegiate soccer. She is constantly continuing her education in chiropractic and functional medicine.

Real People, Real Results

I have been impressed with Dr. Fries and her team. They are always willing to spend whatever time is needed for information, questions, and help. I appreciate being heard when we discuss my symptoms, not feeling rushed in our conversations and being able to meet via Zoom when I can't come to the office. Dr. Fries has good suggestions for improving health.

I’ve been experiencing significant wrist pain for over a year and was recommended chiropractic care by an athletic trainer to help ease it. After a couple of months of consistent visits, my pain is gone and my wrist is now functioning normally. Couldn’t recommend Dr Fries more for alleviating pain in the extremities.
