Can I get a same-day appointment?
We understand that discomfort and pain can’t always wait. We offer same-day appointments whenever possible. Please call the office so we can help you best.
How quickly might I feel relief, and how many sessions are usually needed?
Some patients notice relief right away, while others improve gradually over several visits. The number of sessions depends on your condition, overall health, and personal goals.
Are there chiropractic techniques for sports injuries?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We are providers for many of the major plans.
We are preferred providers for: UHC, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators, EMI, Select Health, Cigna.
We also accept Educator’s Mutual, PEHP, University of Utah.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to serve other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
How long are typical chiropractic appointments?
Your first visit usually lasts 45–60 minutes, including consultation and exam. Follow-up visits are shorter, typically 15–30 minutes depending on your care plan.
